Terms and Conditions For Credit Card
Effective Date: March 2025 

1. Eligibility:  Credit card payments are accepted from authorized users only. By using a credit card, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the card and that all information provided is accurate. 

 

2. Authorization:  By submitting your credit card information, you authorize Feast Alabang District to charge the designated amount for your purchase. 

 

3. Security:  We prioritize the security of your credit card information. Payments are processed through Xendit, which complies with the highest data protection standards. 

 

4. Transaction Limitations:  We reserve the right to impose limits or restrictions on credit card usage, including transaction amounts and frequency. 

 

5. Disputes: In the event of a payment dispute, please contact Feast Alabang District in writing by emailing finance@feastalabangdistrict.com. Refunds related to disputes will adhere to our Return and Refund Policy. 

 

6. Declined Transactions: If a transaction is declined, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to resolve the issue with their financial institution. 

 

7. Amendments: The Feast Alabang District reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Updates will be posted on www.fadhwr2025.com and www.feastalabangdistrict.com.

Generally speaking, T and C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
